Beer and Wine Bar.. how much??

Ok I am not an expert at all in the slightest, and the alcohol calculators online just confused me more bc they were all different. But our caterer, who is providing the alcohol, recommended 20 bottles of wine (10 red and 10 white) and we went with two kegs of beer (a light option and a dark option) which is about 330 servings. We will not have liquor but we will have soda, tea, lemonade, water. We also have some nondrinkers. Our guest count estimate is the same as yours.

It's kind of hard to judge but very helpful to know who prefers which.

We are supplying enough for roughly 100 21+ with wine, beer, and mixed for around 4 hours.
Only 20-25 drink wine but we are calculating 1 glass for everyone whether they drink it or not.
30 bottles of wine
300-350 cans of beer
Plus mixed drinks
It's a 4th of July wedding and some of our beer drinkers will easily drink 5 beers in 4 hours. Probably 6-8. Luckily we have shuttles to hotels nearby.

If your numbers in preference are close to mine I would start with 40-50 bottles of wine and 350-450 beers since no mixed drinks are being served.

I'd still serve 40-50 bottles of wine but 300-350 beers.
