  I'm looking also, and I've found many on eBay, Etsy and Amazon.
  David's bridal has them also, a lot to choose from, I can't decide what looks best with my dress? good luck!!!

  The bridal shop I bought my dress at is adding my cap sleeves, I would ask your shop. If you didn’t buy your dress at a shop most do alterations and may be willing to add for you.
