Beach Wedding Response Card Wording

In need of some suggestions. We are having our wedding on a patio overlooking the beach, I am in need of wording for the response card. Also, we are having a rehearsal dinner who is open to everyone, we will need to put a line in there about whether or not people are attending the rehearsal dinner (wedding eve party.. is what we are calling it).
