bbq Catering Prices

Michele, on April 3, 2023 at 9:49 PM Posted in Wedding Reception 0 5
Hey everyone. My wedding is booked for September 2024, and I’m trying to get a price range for catering options. We’re having a barn wedding and wanting BBQ options. I was thinking Mission BBQ but wanted to see if anyone here had used Mission BBQ for catering or any other similar BBQ place and an estimate of pricing. Thanks in advance!

You might have more input if you used a local wedding planning board. This one is international. Good luck with your planning!

You may want to check yelp for local bbq places and see which ones do catering. Your choice of bbq might be too narrow for getting a good response here. Plus you would need to state your venue location -- at least in the ballpark.

We are using mission BBQ, their food tastes amazing. you can book a free tasting which I highly recommend for 200 guests its costing approx 12,000 but we are kinda going all out so you can do it for less. hope this helps

There is no one size fits all pricing as that varies by location and restaurant.
You won’t know what they charge until you ask for a menu of options and what minimums they have. Speak to the manager on duty for information because the front cashier or waiter doesn’t know the details. That applies no matter where you go: bbq, Asian, a regular caterer, etc. Also, bbq is always not the cheapest option and it doesn’t appeal to every crowd, especially with vegans/vegetarians who don’t get to eat anything beyond cornbread if even that. Asian food is more divisive but it appeals to a wider crowd of diets.
