Did anyone order their Save-the-Date from Basic Invite? I found one that I loved and was just about to purchase when I realized the photos I uploaded looked kind of blurry. Apparently my selected photos don’t meet the suggested megabyte file size to ensure perfect printing (They don’t look blurry in real life tho, just on the basic invite website). I’m so bummed! I’m asking my photog to send them over in a higher quality and hoping that will resolve it but did anyone else have this problem?? Did anyone’s STDs with photos look blurry or unsharp when you got them in the mail?

You can always order a sample with your photo uploaded to see how it looks IRL, their turnaround time is phenomenal. I used them for the invite suite and thank you cards!
I had to use a straight from photographer photo for the thank you cards bc it kept yelling at me about the image quality.

I waited too long to order a sample 🤦🏼‍♀️ waiting for a sample now before ordering the whole bunch would put me behind schedule. I used high resolution images straight from my photog too and it didn’t tell me there were any issues with the quality but I could just tell there was. CS told me you should use photos between 2-20MB so my photographer is sending me even higher res photos now. Hopefully that resolves it! Thanks for sharing your experience!
