Bartenders/officiants in Western Maryland

Hi! I am getting married in June 2020 in Deep Creek/Oakland, Maryland. How is it already less than a year away?! We live in Pittsburgh so it’s been difficult trying to find and decide upon vendors from afar. The two we are specifically having trouble finding options for are the bartender and officiant. Has anyone been married or is planning on being married in this area that is able to pass along recommendations? Most of what we’ve found are officiants in Baltimore or the Pittsburgh area which would be too far for them to travel. Any and all help would be so greatly appreciated!
