Bartender Cost

I live in Northeast Pennsylvania and for essentially the same situation as yours (us providing the alcohol, ice, and cups) we were quoted $500 by our caterer. This is for 2 bartenders for roughly 7 hours. Granted we haven't looked at using any other bartenders, mainly for the convenience of having them come with the caterer. It does seem a little high to me personally, but maybe that's standard for RAMP certified bartenders, which my venue requires.

Our bartenders and alcohol are included (we have an all inclusive venue) however we are paying $200 extra for an additional bartender. Only one is included with the package, so that sounds like a similar cost you're paying considering ours doesn't do any setup/breakdown and your cost probably includes tip.

Those sound pretty decent especially if they are providing a physical bar which would probably cost $100+ to rent on its own. Our alcohol and staff are included with our venue but a few of the places I looked at charged separately for bartenders and waitstaff at anywhere from $150-$300 per person, usually for 4 hours.
