Bar Signs & Wine Suggestions

So I made these signs for our wedding next Saturday, I’m happy with how they turned out. Our venue is allowing us to bring our own alcohol and we have hired a bartender. Anyway, we decided on two signature cocktails and a wine bar as opposed to a full on premium bar. The signature cocktails are called “something blu” (which is Blu Juice ...he’s a sigma and his frat brothers will be making it and delivering it to the venue the day of 🙄..) and then a Caribbean rum punch which we are calling “the love lockdown” (because corona 😂 )
So my question is where can I get wine for the wine bar? I know we want red, white, and rosé.. also how many bottles? We will have 45 guests (5 of which will be kids, and about 4-5 other guests who don’t drink) . There will also be champagne at each of the tables to pour for the toasts during dinner.
