Bar packages?

Stephanie, on February 20, 2017 at 4:14 PM Posted in Planning 0 16

Hello everyone!

I was hoping people could give me info on the cost of their bar packages? How much per person for the various packages? Does it make you choose how many beer options you offer?

$15/person. Top shelf liquor, wine, and beer. Mixes included. And then all other beverages of course.

ETA: in NE Ohio, all night, plus tax and gratuity

Mine was $45/person for top shelf bar - everything included(beer, wine, mixer, etc) and it also included a gourmet coffee bar at the later part of the night.

Mine was included in the per person rate

I know about my sister's because I asked her so I could post the answer on W/W; her menu was a la carte. 4 hours of top shelf open bar was $53 per adult, and half for the kids (bridal party only). That price included the venue service charge and sales tax was also built in. I don't know if the 4 hours was a venue limit or state rule? (We married in another state and had 5 hours).

I don't know what they chose/what the options were, and my sister doesn't really remember. She's guessing they chose 1 white wine, 1 blush/pink, and 1 red; 1 domestic beer, 1 lite, and 1 imported?

Ours is $54/person for 5 hours (basically it's $11 more for each hour you add) of drinks and top shelf liquor, assorted wines, 10 craft beers, etc. We're in a very expensive part of the country, but I'm ok with the price. If we're assuming people have a drink or two an hour (we have lots of big football player men coming who will drink a ton), it's $7.50 a drink or so, which is better than paying consumption.

Wish I could help. My venue does PP prices for both open bar and dinner combined. That is for top shelf alcohol.

Mine is included in the pp cost, but many places i have looked at in LA/OC CA areas have been around $15-$20 per person, per hour, for Call bar. This included beer and wine as well. We negotiated an upgraded vodka option at no extra charge, because we didn't like the option they had included with the level we purchased and it would have been $2/pp per hour to upgrade all to the next level up.

Mine is a consumption bar based on what drinks people order. There is a bar minimum that comes out to about $35 per person, so we will be paying at least that much regardless of what they drink.

Ours was included in our per guest price. We are having unlimited beer wine & bubbly. For food and everything it's $85 a person (discounted because we prepaid). It kinda depends on your area as well. Hope this helps!

Mine is a consumption bar. $12 for cocktails, $8 for beer and a $24 corkage fee for the wine we are bringing. That's all including taxes and fees.
