Bamboo for diy centerpieces

Anyone know where I can get bamboo in the SoCal area? I am looking to get a bunch of bamboo, by itself not in a pot or anything, for my centerpieces.
I am planning on just hitting nurseries this weekend and hope one has a bunch for a reasonable price. Any lead would be appreciated.

Hi Juliana, bamboo is invasive, so you will not find fresh bamboo in a US garden. Chinatown in cities however, often have potted bamboo in various sizes. Pots are not large as they can grow in small containers. You might be able to propagate from one plant if you have time. For dried bamboo or similar plants, IKEA has options if you will provide your own vases. Good luck.

I echo Michelle, have you also tried Facebook Marketplace? I recall seeing bamboo sold there when I was planning centerpieces.
