We're married! Wow, it was such an amazing day and I just keep reliving it in my head. Seriously the whole weekend, from our rehearsal dinner to the Sunday after eating breakfast in the hotel with all of our family and friends -- it was perfect.
I want to make a longer post once we receive our pictures and video back, but I just had to post a few sneak peeks we received. Our wedding was held at The Pour Vineyard in Illinois. The days leading up, it was rainy and muggy and I was starting to worry my vision of a vineyard wedding was going to be us just in the reception space due to the rain. But! The day of the wedding, there was clear skies and it was 63 degrees! We lucked out big time.
I am a wedding videographer, so I know how fast wedding days go. But, I had no idea how fast they go as a bride. Wow, it flew. But I have to say, my husband and I doing a first look before was the best thing. We got so much time to ourselves and it really just calmed my nerves for the ceremony. So if you're on the fence for a first look, do it!
