IMO, they run small.

I bought my sandals half a size up because that's what was recommended to me, but I think I could've gotten away with my regular size.

I think they're not so much small as narrow. But I can't speak for the heels.

In most shoes I wear an 8.5 and I bought them in a 9. I wanted a little bit more room in the toes and I had an ankle strap that helped give extra support since they weren't super snug on my feet. Worked perfectly.

I had to go up half a size in mine. Usually a 7.5, bought an 8. I have a regular heal without straps, closed toe.

More narrow depends on the shoe I got mine true to size 7.5 but the entirely closed pumps I was in an 8

I tried on a pair at Nordstrom Rack and found I had to go up a size. My normal size was way too small. Bummer because they were $60 and didn't have the bigger size!

I would go up a half size, that's what I did and it was perfect

The sale was supposed to end yesterday but was still going on this morning and they were selling out so fast so I decided to bite the bullet! By the time I decided, they only had my true size left so we'll see if they fit. At least I can return them to Macy's in store if they don't. Wish me luck haha #firstworldproblems

I purchased from this sale as well! When I went in store to try them on I tried on my usual size (7.5) and they were a little big so I ordered these in a 7. If they don't fit I'll just exchange/return them, I purchased them in a different color then I was originally going for anyway (I wanted the iris blue, I bought them in red), so we'll see. Definitely feel you on the #firstworldproblems OP! I've been having the most impossible time finding the heel I'm looking for in blue at a discount lol.

Small and narrow, in my experience with the pairs I tried on.

Macys closes pretty late. Could you walk in to Macys and try them on that would be best. If not order 2 sizes your own and 1/2 size up, in order to take advantage of the sale. You can return thereafter the one that doesn't fit.

They do run small

They were true to size for me. The size guide actually said order half a size up and they were too big and I had to exchange them for my correct size.

True to size, I think I ordered up a half size. Then I put squishy comfort pads in mine. It was perfect. I ordered several pairs off Amazon, tried them on, picked my favorites/the most comfortable, and returned all the rest. Worked terrific. They all fit slightly different.
