BADGLEY MISCHKA SHOES

Amy, on June 23, 2017 at 3:05 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 21

Brides that got Badgley Mischka heels - Are they worth the cost? How comfortable are they? For $200 a pair I would hope they would be comfortable, but who knows...

Disclaimer: I wear flats 95% of the time.

I couldn't stand my Badgley Mischka heels. I bought them for the wedding, and intended to wear them for pictures and the ceremony. They came off halfway through pictures.

ETA: I had the "Madina" style, and purchased on eBay for like $55. I'd check there if you're worried about spending that much money.

Mine are. I got them 40% off Sale. I cant wear high heels because of surgery but these are comfy.

I purchased some Badgley flat sandals for my beach wedding, but as soon as I tried them on I put them right back in the box and returned them to Macy's (I'd ordered them online). They were some of the most uncomfortable shoes I'd tried on throughout the whole process. Beautiful, but uncomfortable.

I'm with BeachBride2016 in this one. I sent my sandals before they were not comfortable. They're super cute, but that's where it ends.

I had some pretty red ones, I stressed over which ones to buy for months and could only tolerate wearing them for the ceremony and photos. They were off for the entire reception where I switched to my poppy colored tieks. Those I love!

I haven't personally tried any on yet, but Nordstrom had a lot on sale around 40% off.

At the last minute I decided to change my shoes, and found this pair (Basile) on the Nordstrom clearance rack for about $150. I wore them for several hours with no issues. It was only until I started dancing that my feet started to hurt. About 90 minutes before the reception ended, I went barefoot. Disclaimer: I wear heels regularly.

Following. I bought BM flat sandals and have walked around the house in them, with no discomfort. I will be curious if they are comfortable all night. Got them on sale at Nordstroms.

I did. My heels were 3.5 inches. They are definitely not the most comfortable heels I've ever worn. They were fine for the ceremony. Once we started dancing I changed into some flip flops that had a platform.

There's a Nordstrom's close to me, I think I'll pop in there and take them for a spin around the store and see how they feel IRL.

I do like the sale they are having right now so that's a nice incentive if they seem comfy enough & Nordstrom's luckily has a phenomenal return policy

    thanks everyone!! <3

Many of them are cut narrow. I bought some on sale but returned them because they were too narrow for me.

My friend splurged on some Jimmy Choos for her wedding. She said that part of the expense is worth it, because even though the heel is high, the high quality materials make the shoe comfortable....Same principle might apply for Badgley Mischka.

I bought a wedge pair of BM & returned them. First, they were smaller than my normal size. Then, the wedge was too thin for my liking. I just knew I wouldn't be able to stand in them the whole day. Although, I am contemplating purchasing a pair of flats from them.

I have a pair for my wedding. If you are interested, I would recommend checking places like Nordstrom rack and Hautelook. I got mine for just under $90, and they were originally 150. Personally, I probably would not have payed full retail for them, but I do love them!
