Nah, I wouldn’t care. People tend to get the hint when to leave and putting an end time may deter people who are running late. It is fine.

I feel like most invites for any events, including weddings and pre-wedding celebrations don't have an end time listed on the invitation.

It doesn’t bother me either way. Most invitations don’t have end times and even ones that do guests typically stay past the end time anyways. But to answer your question, no it wouldn’t be off putting to see an end time.
