Back fat

Dacia, on October 22, 2019 at 10:55 PM Posted in Fitness and Health 0 11
My dress gives me bra bulge, to me it’s more than I’d like. What are some tips to lose this by May 30? I’m very insecure about it.

Clean up your diet, drink lots of water, stay active. They say HIIT and lifting is the best. But you can't out work a bad diet. If you have money Cool Scuplting. I have actually tried these wraps with my esthetician. Normally I'd say it's a bunch of crap, but M'lis niacin body wraps actually worked to help with my stomach getting more flat. They were designed to help with lymphatic drainage in patients, but also noticed outward benefits. I think its more of a detox. There is no quick fix, good ole diet and exercise is where it's at, but the wraps may help along as you get closer to your wedding!!! Good luck.

Im working on trimming the fat as well. The food part is the hardest for me so far.

I lost 15 lbs in 6 months by cutting out coffee creamer, soda & desserts. And just overall eating healthier & drinking basically just water. I took two HIIT classes a week at a local gym, and did Tone It Up workout classes at home the other 3 weekdays. Then I walked at least 3 miles on the weekends.

Obv diet, but Lifting heavy weights are the BEST for back sculpting. Lifting also includes Pushing and Pulling weights. Overhead pull downs are great, bent over flys are great, bent over bench presses and regular bench presses are great.

I’ve been working on my diet. I have a sweet tooth so that has been hard. I’ll have to look into those wraps. I did some type of therapy (it was heat contouring) but they didn’t put pads on that part of my body. I’ll also try some hiit

I need to work on my water intake and sweets. I’m not terrible with sweets but I do have a sweet tooth so it’s hard. Hiit seems to be popular so I will try that

I have a bad sweet tooth too! I just was eating desserts every night so I was 10-15 lbs over where I should be. The first few weeks were hard, but then the cravings stopped after that. I did buy things like "healthy" dark chocolate bars to have a small bite of if I really needed sweets.

Push ups!!!! If you can't do real ones, do them on your knees, if you can't do knees, do them against the wall or on the counter/stairs. One of the best workouts you can do to tone up that area and takes almost no time at all during the day!!!

Take up running! It's difficult to get started, but I actually enjoy it now. Take it easy on yourself and gradually build up to longer distances. Wishing you the best of luck! You're going to be a beautiful bride regardless Smiley heart
