Bachelorette Weekend - Costs

For my bachelorette we are going away to our local wine region (2 hours’ drive) for 2 nights to enjoy a weekend of girl time and vino.
The first day (Friday from afternoon/evening) we will go to dinner (everyone pays for themselves) and play drinking games, and the next day we will have a late brunch before doing a half day wine tasting tour before heading out for dinner. Everyone will return home on Sunday.
We are estimating $250pp which includes everything but traveling to/from the city to our accommodation, and dinner costs. Ultimately my maid of honor will still be somewhat out of pocket. To ensure it doesn’t cost the girls more, does anyone have any fun ideas for things to do that won’t increase our costs?

Maybe games back at the room and a little cake and decorations. I know you stated drink games but more bridal games. Some music..

Does that $250 include the 2 nights at the Airbnb/hotel? Sorry, that wasn't clear in your post. If not, the cost will likely be well more than $250pp. Wine tastings typically range anywhere from $8-$20 per person.
A great way to save cost is to have everyone bring snacks for the house to share.

Honestly it sounds like you guys have a full (and very fun) agenda!!
