Bachelorette Party Locations

I Googled US cities to have a Bach Party, but I'd prefer real human answers. Where do you think would be an affordable but fun/lively location? It's just me and my Maid of Honor. We are on opposite sides of the country right now, so anywhere is good. Probably US only because of plane ticket costs.

Info: We're having an intimate wedding of 12 guests and only Maid of Honor and Best Man are in the bridal party. I feel it may be rude to invite my cousins if they aren't invited to my wedding day. P.S. We are live streaming the ceremony for extended family.
Budget: idk maybe $1,000? I'll have to narrow down what is realistic between us.
