Bachelorette party ideas?

christine, on March 31, 2017 at 11:00 PM Posted in Community Conversations 0 6

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if any of you had any ideas for a bachelorette party in New England? We were going to go to New Orleans originally but a family sickness made it so we can't go that far, so we were looking to do it a little closer to home. Thanks !

    @Christine where are you from?!

    Newport is a blast. I literally know that place like the back of my hand. It's perfect. So much fun.

    Block island is awesome too!

    Cape cod is super awesome. We got engaged there so it's even more special.

    & Boston is great too

    I've been to Bachelorette parties in both Newport and Portland and enjoyed them both equally. I'll be going to Provincetown in September for one.

    All great ideas above! I live in Jersey now but I'm originally from CT. I'd also throw Portsmouth, NH out there as an idea if you're looking for something low-key. I've only been in the summer but it's super cute and has no shortage of craft beer (if you're a beer-drinker).

    Or if you like to gamble you could do the CT casinos (I'm not a big gambler and haven't been in years, but I think Mohegan is nicer).

    We did Mohegan for my sister's Bachelorette, but I've been to others in Portsmouth and Boston. But it all depends on what you want to do.
