Bachelorette Denver vs Austin, tx

Getting ready to plan my bachelorette! The weekend has been confirmed for the first weekend in May 2020.
I’m hoping for suggestions about either Denver or Austin.

I went to Austin in September and LOVED IT. I haven’t spent a lot of time in Denver. Worried it won’t be fast paced enough. Plus, i dont really like “beer” so I’m not super into all the breweries etc
Anyone have any recommendations?

I'm from Denver and I can assure you there is more to do here than just beer and breweries! We have a great night life scene, lots of new up and coming restaurants and of course the mountains to go hiking, horseback riding, etc. It just depends what kind of Bach party you are looking for

I'd go for Austin over Denver. We live in Longmont (45 minutes north of Denver) and just vacationed in Austin for a weekend. Especially since you'll probably go in the months prior to June, it would be cold/rainy/snowy in Denver so Austin would be a little warmer. We had SO much fun in Austin. I'd for sure try to stay at a hotel or airbnb right downtown. We did a little bit of sightseeing (Greetings from Austin sign, state capitol, etc.) but also did a ton of eating, then barhopped at night which we really enjoyed!
