Bachelor Party invites vs guest list

FH and BM are planning the bachelor party now and he's inviting a bunch of guys not on our actual invite list. I explained to him he shouldn't be inviting people who aren't invited to the wedding but he doesn't seem to think it's an issue. Any thoughts on this? I'm not sure if he needs to tell the guys who aren't invited tht they aren't invited as a heads up or just leave it alone.

Well your fiancé probably know his friends best and I would assume if they are like most guys they would prefer to be invited to the stag and not the wedding!

Guys don't seem to get it, so I doubt most of them will think twice. They just want an excuse to go for a guy's weekend. FH has gone to two bachelor parties in the last year that he wasn't actually invited to the wedding. I would never invite someone to my bachelorette who wasn't invited to the wedding, but I think guys tend to be more oblivious.

I agree with you buy guys don't really understand or care about the etiquette stuff so I would just leave it alone.

Guys do not care about that rule. Its standard at every bachelor party DH has ever attended.

I think it's fine. I have a few girls not invited to the wedding coming to the bachelorette party because I have was a sked to invite them so they could celebrate with me and a few girls who are invited ton the wedding but not the bachelorette because i am not as close to them, specifically FH'S half sisters x3, whatever your Fh & his friends do is fine
