Baby's breath bouquet

I've never loved flowers even though they look beautiful at weddings. I'm more simple and I love the clean and simple look for bouquets. I've been dreaming of a baby's breath bouquet but today I found out that there's is blue baby's breath. The colors for my wedding are navy, silver and white so I feel like it might be a good option. Would a blue baby's breath bouquet for me and little ones on white for my bridesmaids look good or would it just look out of place?
