Azazie

So I ordered two of the try on dresses from Azazie and they have been delivered to my house today. I'm just waiting to get off to go try them on. I'm a bit nervous because I ordered a size 18 which is the size I usually wear and I just read today that when ordering bridal gowns you are suppose to go two sizes up. Has anyone else ordered from them and did you have to go up a size or two?

I tried on a couple and was my normal dress size. Hope it works out for you! Even if they're a little small, you should still be able to get a good idea of what it would look like. And with their custom sizing option, you would probably be a little different than standard sizing anyway!

I ordered the try on dresses. There were some that I wanted to try in my size and some that I had to choose a size lower or higher. I didn’t necessarily care as long as I got it on (wasn’t too concerned with zipping etc.) because I just wanted to see the style on my body. I’d say since is the try on option to just go with it especially, because they always run out of the size that you need.

I didn't do my wedding dress, but got my MOH's dress from there. We did the try at home in her size and it was a perfect fit. We didn't get that dress because it was to long, but the dress we got was also her size and it fits like a glove

I was sized down one size when i bought my dress. I think it depends a lot on the shape of the dress and the material.

When I did the try-on, I bought the size I normally wear in street clothes and it was so big I had to clip them in the back to be able to get an idea of what it actually looked like. On the other end though, my SIL who is around the same size and petite like me, just with a bigger chest, found her dress which was her normal street size to be too small to zip all the way up. So I think it’s kind of random and varied. Either way, it’s going to need alterations in the hem, unless you’re 5’10 or just about with heels.
