Azazie Information!!

Amanda , on January 17, 2017 at 5:38 PM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 17

Who has ordered from Azazie? I really like the dresses they have online. I am planning on allowing my bridesmaids to pick the style dress they want in the same color. This has been the best site I've found (so far) for dress styles, color and availability. I have never used this site before, so obviously I'm a little apprehensive.

Any advice or information from brides who have used this site before would be greatly appreciated!

I actually bought a dress for them as a wedding dress but ended up returning it, and they were incredibly helpful! definitely buy the color swatches and use their chat option ( which turns into email) if you have any questions at all! they were all really nice to deal with. plus if you can do the "try at home" option for what you're wanting to order it may work out better, unfortunately for me the dress I wanted did not have that option. also, read their policy on returns in reference to custom sizing.. they normally don't return If its custom sizing BUT they offer to pay so much towards alterations of somebody buys a stock size. even though my dress did not work out I would definitely advise using them!

I bought a dress from there for a wedding I was in last year. I did the custom sizing option. It was perfect! I still had to get it altered (which I figured I would have to) but it fit really well and was shipped quickly. I would recommend for sure!

Ordered a custom size bridesmaid dress recently. Put in the order when you are ready, I decided to change one of my measurements in the process (I didn't submit the order), but it wouldn't let me change my order and it showed up in my order history. I was then sent an email about it being placed and that they are awaiting my payment.... Supposedly it will cancel automatically in 5 days if I don't pay.. which did not happen. I had to put in another order..

I definitely recommend ordering the color swatches too; the bride showed them to us and we helped her make a decision. I would suggest having all the bridesmaids place their orders within 24 hours of each other, so that you or a bridesmaid can send the customer service team a complete list of all the orders within 72 hours of placing their orders and the dresses will come from the same dye lot.

I'm just ordered a sample of 1 of their bridal gowns to try on. I've been very impressed so far.

Take advantage of their swatches that are available to purchase! They're a great deal and it will give you a better picture of what to expect. Also take advantage of the try at home option. It will give your girls a better idea of how the dresses will fit and what sizing option they should go for. I did both of these things for a dress I ordered from them, and I have been so impressed. I cannot wait until the dress I ordered arrives (it will be for my engagement pictures).

Okay! Thank you all, it seems as though everyone has only positive things to say! I did order the color swatch in burgundy and I like it. I wish there was a color closer to a Merlot but the burgundy will be just find. I do plan on having the bridesmaids take advantage of the try it at home thing. Two of the girls do not mind getting alterations. One is very apprehensive about ordering from an online site. So this may help her to see I wouldn't go in a bad direction.

Thank you @SmileMea for suggesting the dye lot thing. I didn't even think of that as an issue until you said so. I appreciate everyone's help!

I have!! Love them! I was so so so excited when I heard about them and their quality from my sisters friend. Also, don't forget if you do custom sizing you can get reimbursed for alterations up to 50 dollars if the dress doesn't fit you. How great is that??

All of my bridesmaids ordered from Azazie. They did the sample dresses to find the right size and they all chose their own design. My sister/MOH will be 8 months pregnant and their maternity dresses are amazing too. All of the girls love their dresses. Fast shipping and great customer service.

I ordered a sample dress to try on and see the quality when I was looking for options for bridesmaids. Ultimately I decided to go the mismatched route but I have nothing bad to say about Azazie. The dress quality was fantastic, fabric was a nice material, it was true to size (measurements), and just a really well made dress.

All of my bridesmaid are getting dresses from there - I let them pick what they wanted, as long as it was knee length and steel grey. They all ordered "sample" dresses for $10 to try sizes (just know that you can not order samples in whatever color you want - they only have certain sizes in certain colors). I just ordered all the dresses last night. The samples come very quickly, but they just put a note on their site that they suggest you order actual dresses 4 months out, since they are growing so quickly. I placed my order last night and it said delivery mid March - glad we ordered when we did, the wedding is in May! Smiley smile

I got the swatches and choose my color based on them. I am letting my girls pick their own style in Tahiti, long, with lace accents. I ordered a sample dress to see the quality and it was excellent.

I love that you can get fabric in the matching color, my florist is going to use it to wrap the bouquets in. And I'm going to order the groomsmen Ties in the matching color as well!

OP, I'm looking for more of a Merlot color too. I ordered Azazie "Burgundy" and it's gorgeous, but I would love a little darker like you. Seems like such a popular color, yet so hard to find!!

Help! My friends wedding is a month away and Azazie canceled my bridesmaid dress! The canceled my dress a month ago and never sent me an email or called me. Has anyone had to deal with their customer service? I notice they do not have a number to call.
