Azazie Horror Stories?

Not really a horror story and everything worked out in the end. But when I was trying to purchase a dress through Azazie last year my old bank wouldn't let the payment go through because they had the state they were in (CA) flagged as a fraudulent company. So I had to call each time to authorize each payment when I was trying on the sample sizes and when I purchased my dress; this was more just a pain in the butt to do. I have switched banks for other reasons and have had no problems. Also my dress ended up having a faulty zipper, but any dress can have a faulty zipper. Azazie offered to reimburse me the 30 bucks that it cost to replace it but they could only do with the card I had purchased the dress with. Since that card was no longer activated and the account was closed I didn't get my 30 bucks back; but it was nice that they offered.

I wore an Azazie dress for my friend's wedding in April and I'm going with them for my wedding. The dress was great quality at a great price, especially since I was only going to wear it one time. They have soooo many different styles and colors. I told my ladies the color, length, and material and letting them choose which dress they are comfortable with.

The only downfall is that everything is online so you can't try on beforehand (without a fee), however they have a try on program that you pay $10 per dress for shipping and can try on the dresses then send them back and order the correct size.

They can also do custom sizing, but those are non-refundable. There's sizing charts, so your ladies can just order the size closest to their measurements.

I ordered a standard size rather than custom and just had to get the hem altered and straps adjusted.

I’ve always had good experiences with them

My friends have used them for their bridesmaids dresses and had good experiences. My bridesmaids all ordered theirs from them too and they all liked them as well. If you want to try samples you may be able to catch a sample sale (pay for two ($20) and get another sample to try for free). I used them for my wedding dress and did the custom sizing. While it’s not refundable, you can get reimbursed partially if you need any alterations.

I'm going with them. I have one of the $10 try on dresses coming and is supposed to be here Monday. My MOH and bridesmaid are the same size so both will try it.

I ordered my gown from them, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

All 7 of my bridesmaids ordered from there, they are all in different dresses and everyone got exactly what they ordered, right size and happy with the dress. I would def recommend it. Their customer service was great as well.
