Yes I have already seen that... this still doesn't help with not getting back to so many brides and bridesmaids with weddings coming up.

It's definitely frustrating. I have a dress on order, as I'm a bridesmaid for my sister-in-law's wedding in June. However, I imagine they are probably having a lot of issues due to the pandemic. California has been hit very hard, so I'm sure that's impacting their customer service department. I'm in the NY metro area, and whole towns are going into quarantine. I've seen other posts on here of people able to get through. I would just keep trying and hope for the best! Good luck!

I ordered my bridesmaid dress after Jan. 20th and it came about Feb. 14th early.
Every time I have ordered from them they have came about 1 to 2 weeks early. So I would most definitely call customer service. And make sure your bridesmaids actually ordered them.

One of my bridesmaids is having the same issue. She ordered her dress from Azazie in early January (our wedding is supposed to be April 18..) and it hasn’t even shipped. She found a section of the website for ready to wear dresses and just ordered the last one in my chosen color that’s in her size. I would check out their website for the ready to wear section because it’s supposed to be delivered tomorrow.


If it helps to commiserate we’re still waiting on my fiancé’s suit to ship too 🤦🏼‍♀️ We had a suit custom made months ago, but it turned out horribly. We ended up taking it back to the store and they are trying to make another one.

Just wanted to give you hope...my bridesmaid ended up receiving both of her dresses yesterday.

Did you receive them? One of my bridesmaids is slacking off and hasn't ordered, wedding is June 26th and I'm worried it might not arrive on time! 🤦🏻‍♀️ I should have followed my instincts and have only the MOH
