Hi! My girls ordered their bridesmaids dresses from Azazie on Feb 17 for my May 24 wedding (cutting it close, I know). We had 3.5 weeks of wiggle room. I read on the New York Times that Azazie dresses ordered in January have an extra 3 week production time. Then my MOH just tried calling, and 1) they said call time is +30 minutes and she had to leave a voicemail 2) emails may take +24 hours to be responded to and 3) no expediting orders. Has anyone spoken to a rep recently?! Trying not to freak.

I spoke with someone on the online chat a few weeks back about a timeline. They responded right away. And answered all my questions.

I wanted my girls to order from Azazie by end of Jan for my April 11th wedding. All but one did! The last one went to order in February but production times have increased by several weeks because of shortages and issues/shutdowns in China due to the Corona virus! My bm said the dress wasn't going to come until the week after the wedding. She ordered it anyways but then she ended up ordering a second dress from Amazon. As far as I know she hasn't received the Azazie dress.
