Okay this is going to be a bit of a lengthy read-but I am basically needing to know how true the estimated window of delivery is for Azazie bridal gowns.
I ordered my wedding dress from Azazie on Feb 9th because they only had a 6 week TAT, and would have been in 3 weeks before my April 10th wedding. When I went to check out, the estimated date of delivery was April 28th!!!!!!!! So not in time for my wedding. There was not a rush production or rush shipping option at that time. I still ordered it hoping it would come early. I did not do custom sizing since the sample I tried on in December fit like a glove and knew custom would slow things down.
BUT when I looked on the website today (ive been looking daily to see if the sample gown in my size is available so I could just snag that and use it for my dress), it said that there was rush production available for the gown I ordered, I would just have to create a new order, and the new estimated delivery window is April 8-15th! So this gives me hope that it could still come before/in time for the wedding.
I do have two home try on gowns in similar styles (that I panic ordered when I found out my dress wouldn't be here in time) that I are getting delivered today so I do have a backup if one of them works and the real dress doesn't get delivered.
My bridesmaids all chose rush production for their dresses when we found out the production time had increased, and they are all beginning to receive theirs so its only taking about 3 weeks, but I understand wedding dresses will take longer.
So I am basically just interested in knowing how accurate the delivery windows are if anyone has experience with rushed orders?!?
*Edit: I have spoken to customer service about this twice and they were no help and could not say that it would be here any earlier (understandably so). They did not have any other options since it was already in rush production.
