Average cost of stations

Anyone have any input on the average cost per person they spent or were quoted for their wedding on stations?

I've seen average cost for buffets and plated.


More specifically, looking at the average cost for catering for 180 people (cocktail hour and main reception)!

    For our venue the cost of plated and stations was the same, but we loved the stations options so that’s what we went with. The catering is handled by our venue. Including the open bar our per person price will be $88. This is the venue’s discounted Thursday rate and it was an extra $8pp to add loaded fries as well as the mashed potato bar.

    Our caterer for all the food is about $32 a person. We are having a cocktail hour with lots of apps and a full Buffett. They also have drinks (non alcohol) and are serving the cake for us.

    Our meal - plated is running 50 a person. Stationed was 25. Without Alcohol included. Our open bar is 32$ a person. Missouri wedding.
