August 2021 Bridesssssss

This whole COVID thing is challenging with planning but with California opening up on June 15th - hoping can make reservations for restaurants and activities for our 8/8/2021 wedding! A little nervous but only 9 people (immediate family) will be attending but making an entire weekend of it! Should be okay....

I'm not nervous yet, I am stressing though. I can't find some of the stuff I need for my DIY center pieces and I'm struggling to pick a tumbler style for the bridal party gifts. Other than than that, I think everything is set in motion.

It's starting to feel real! After a 2020 postponement and lots of highs and lows and never felt like it was actually happening. Had a mini bachelorette this past weekend and all the feelings are setting in! 1 million little things to do and overall excited!

View Quoted Comment If your happy with them then they're great. Don't let anyone tell you other wise or get in your head about it. Mine are going to be simple and small. Just some vases, with sand, water, and flowers in them. Some seashells, and sand in others, and that's it. Quick and easy.

View Quoted Comment I feel this! My original wedding date was 11/13/20 and Covid trashed that. So, I changed all my plans, date included, to simple, small and easy to manage. Plus, I'm doing it outside now so I don't have to deal with the drama and rules of anything indoors. I live in PA and it's been a real nightmare. I think everything is finally working out.
