You might want to search CraigsList. Sometimes new vendors may exchange or offer low cost on their services in exchange for experience. Sometimes they may be offering a budget friendly package. Just make sure you don't short yourself on the quality of service needed to cover your wedding. A photographer is one vendor you don't want to slack on the service.
