Has anyone recently used Artifact Uprising to create a photo album? I am reading some really negative reviews about long turnaround time, zero customer support and people not getting their albums at all. It seems like the only positive reviews are from "influencers". Thought I would check here and see what your experience is. I could go with Shutterfly......

I used Artifact Uprising, but at this point like 1.5 years ago - they were great back then at least! Can't speak to current turn-around times but I had a good experience with them - high quality album and pretty quick to receive.

I also used Artifact Uprising, but back in 2019. The book is great quality and if I remember correctly, came quickly.
