For all U.S. military couples on WW, I wanted to let you all in on Armed Forces Vacation club. All you have to do is sign up and verify your military status to join for free to all U.S. active duty, reserve, guard, and retired members and their spouses. You will have access to resorts in the USA and around the world.

So if your still looking for honeymoon plans or just a vacation i would definitely recommend it. They have numerous week long resort stays for $349. Availability can be limited for peak season travel so booking early would be your best bet.

Do you mean someone who has left the army before retirement age?
Here are the specific requirements:
-Active duty or Retired member of the United States military, or an adult dependent (Air Force, Army, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, Navy; active duty and both active and inactive Reserve and National Guard)
- Civilian employee of the DOD (appropriated, non-appropriated, or retired) or an adult dependent.

Yeah we used it when we took a trip to Orlando last year (my first time going to Disney!).
We were able to be close enough to the Disney World without paying crazy prices.

Unfortunately, some of these deals do NOT go out to veterans. They have to be retired or active. That goes for Shades of Green in Orlando too.

Yeah that's true but hopefully there's people out there that can make use of these deals. As I've come to learn more about the military it seems that so much more could be done for our veterans.
