We’ve all seen the groups out barhopping, carrying with them tons of props, or playing crazy games involving getting items from strangers. Some decide to take the celebration on the road- be it a wild weekend in Vegas, or a relaxing weekend at a spa. While other brides are opting for a quiet night in with the girls. Are you/did you have a bachelorette party?? Share the fun details! (Bonus points for pictures!)

That sounds like so much fun! We are actually having our destination wedding in New Orleans! If you end up going, please let me know how it is there (I.e., businesses open, etc.)

Since we both have male and female friends in the wedding party, we are doing a combined bachelor/ette weekend about a month and a half from now. We are renting a huge house in the mountains. Not sure what else is planned, I don't have a MOH but one of my BMs took it upon herself to book the house.

To be honest I am a little concerned about how it will go. A handful of people coming don't know anyone else so I don't want it to be awkward, and I'm not sure what if any impact covid will have on it. Plus we postponed the wedding, so it's not a month before anymore. I hope everything goes well and people have a fun time.

One of the bars has a street cam that I've been checking regularly to see whether people are out and about. It's definitely not the usual type of busy but there ARE people that are going out still. I think we'll move forward with plans unless New Orleans shuts down bars altogetherSmiley smile

I'm hoping to!! My mom is planning (she's my best friend and can still definitely hang, lol) a weekend in the Poconos! It'll be probably 7 of us and I'm so excited! A combination of arts/crafty stuff, nice dinners, a spa trip, and a few other things still to be figured out. We're staying away from the crazy drinking nights out because that isn't too much my style.

My bridal party has taken over and I have no idea what’s going to happen 😩. I told them I definitely wanted three things (atv excursion, sky diving and a show) and they said we will have all three so I’ll be happy. I’m going in January. We’re getting a huge air bnb for all of us (it’ll be 10-12 of us). I cannot wait to have this time with my girls.

We went to NYC for the weekend. It was my 3 bridesmaids and man of honor. We took the train, brunched every day, and had hibachi and karaoke night. Oh and my bro-of-honor carried my dress to the alterations team in a huge box for my first fitting. No super exciting pics but here are a couple

I like to know (control) every detail of my events so it’s hard being left out of the loop but I know I’m in good hands. After being in the house for what feels like 147 years, I need this.

Me: *lives in the "sixth borough"*

Also me: *didn't do NYC for bachelorette*

We wanted to do Renn Faire, but the timing didn't work out, so my BP took me to Medieval Times, complete with a sash. Our fair knight threw me a flower... and then ended up being the bad guy. (That's ok, the previous time, our guy had been the good guy, so it was fun to root for the opposite side.)

We are but it's going to be somewhat scaled back now. My MOH and maid's are planning a winery weekend getaway close to home in Northern VA. Renting an Air BNB, cooking and grilling at the house, wine and snacks at the wineries and enjoying a fun girl's weekend which we will all need by then! It will also be held the first weekend of November so we are going to for sure get all the "basic pumpkin spice latte in hand" photo's for fun. I honestly cannot wait.

One of my bridesmaids is planning mine, but she has asked for some input. We're looking to rent a house and really more just chill and hang out together. I only have 3 bridesmaids, but my MOH has a sister near our age as well, and since the two of them live so far away, the sister is invited as well so my MOH doesn't have to drive alone. We're going to get a house/cabin somewhere in the middle. Dinner out, paint night in, maybe some home spa and movie night, not too much. Nothing wild and crazy, my cousin who is a bridesmaid just turned 18, and even without that the rest of us aren't really big drinkers anyway.
