Calling all Potterheads! I know we have lots of massive Harry Potter fans in the community, and many of you are incorporating your love of the wizarding world into your weddings. But what I'm curious to know is, are you and your partner in the same Hogwarts house? Would the Sorting Hat place you together, or do opposite houses attract? Smiley winking

    We are attracting opposites. My SO is Slytherin and I’m Ravenclaw anyone else the same in a sea of hufflepuff and griffindor? (Maybe I didn’t scroll enough lol)

    Pottermore says that I'm Hufflepuff. Always thought I was Ravenclaw so Idk now 😂
    FH has never been officially sorted but I'd guess that he's Gryffindor

    According to Pottermore I'm a Gryffindor and my fiancé is a Ravenclaw. It makes a lot of sense bc he is very analytical and smart.

    We are both Potterheads, and on Pottermore, we were both sorted into Hufflepuff (which we all secretly know, is the best house).

    We also both have the same patronus, which is a dragon.

    However our Ilvermorny houses are different, I'm Thunderbird, and he's Horned Serpent.

    I am a PROUD Hufflepuff!!! FH claims he's a Gryffindor, but I truly think he's a Slytherin.

    Nope. I'm Gryffindor and my fiance is in Ravenclaw!

    We got jackets for our houses, and our Christmas tree is half red and gold and half blue and silver!

    I am a hardcore Ravenclaw that clearly came from a Slytherin family (Dad and I got kicked out for liking Muggles).

    Pottermore says FH is Ravenclaw, but he ALWAYS claims to be a Gryffindor. (...When he does this in public, all our friends call him out.) He is a Star Trek fan first (yeah, SURE, love, you're totally not a Ravenclaw, then...), and he does have a lot of Gryffindor qualities... but he overthinks everything.


    I'm the Hermione who chose Ravenclaw. Pottermore gave me an Otter Patronus, a Chestnut and Unicorn Hair wand (rigid, over 10 inches), and if you think I won't be incorporating Ravenclaw into my something blue...


    I'm such a Potterhead I had a custom backpack made with the Deathly Hallows and Marauder's Map patterns. (Heck, my friends were playing Cards Against Muggles at the NYE party where FH proposed. This was a ploy to distract me from the Obvious Signs Something Was Up. I enjoyed it, but it sure as hell didn't distract me from trying to solve the mystery.)

    He is Slytherin and I am Hufflepuff ha I guess opposites attract lol but we are quite a good paring Smiley smile

    Rachel this is my exact situation!! FH puts up with HP, because I am obssessed, but he's pretty much uninterested otherwise. I am a Gryffindor. Smiley smile

    FH is Griffindor, but once he came up as a hufflepuff (I had him retake the quiz.) I am a Slytherin, through and through! (When he made me retake it, I got slytherin, and get it every single time! His fluctuates between his two.)
