Are online dress sites legit

These are all Chinese knock off sites that steal designer work and ideas and pass it off as their own, using crappy patterns and cheap fabric. I wouldn't support companies that steal others work, and certainly not when I have no idea what the final product will be.

DO NOT ORDER FROM JJHOUSE. I purchased from them and it was a three month long nightmare because the dress I received was damaged and they wouldn't accept my return

I am using Weddington Way and while it is mainly online, they have been opening stores and they are partnered with Gap/Banana Republic - I've also used Lulu's and Show me the mumu for bridesmaid dresses in the past online but you can also buy some of the same dresses through Nordstrom.

Azazzie is a legit site. I've seen many brides here have used it with great success.

Pretty sure Cocomelody isn't like JJsHouse etc.- a lot of the reviews on their site read weirdly to me, but they do have a brick & mortar store in the LA area and I've seen some good word of mouth from brides on forums.

Even though I am starting to love my dress after 6 weeks it has been a nightmare. It looked nothing like what was in the photo's I was shown.

I got my ball gown from TBdress and its perfect and beautiful and good quality I had no problem with that site

Thank you all for the replies. Hopefully I find what I'm looking for thinking of a colored wedding dress. I'm torn because I put on a traditional gown and I just don't feel myself.

Cocomelody and Azazie are legit. The rest suck and people who order from them knowing damn well that they're knockoff sites should be ashamed. It's gross to rip off designers, send people shit, and then refuse to refund them when they rightfully complain.

Try Cocomelody for a colored wedding dress. A lot of their dresses can be customized and you can choose a color. I think you can even order fabric samples to compare the colors. I looked on their instagram/facebook and saw some brides with colored dresses. Good luck

I order from JJs House and I really really really love the dress. The quality overall isn't perfect but it's just above average. I am getting another dress soon.
