SO... I started taking Apple Cider Vinegar about 2 weeks ago... and have noticed SIGNIFICANT differences in my weight loss... in my first week of taking ACV I dropped 2 pounds without ANY other lifestyle changes... All I do is 2 times a day put 2 tablespoons into a glass of water, plug my nose and chug... I normally work out about 4 times a week so I continued to do that and eat well, but with the vinegar "supplements" I can definitely feel a bigger difference!!! Just another note... I have lost 10 pounds since the beginning of October!!! (and I don't do THAT much as far as working out) so it is possible!!!
