They want you to get frustrated enough you remove the app altogether.

It also happens on the desktop.

OMG. It definitely died.

She's not ignoring you on purpose, she's trying to answer questions, record all the feedback we're getting, relay the technical issues to the team who are working on them (I can confirm the logging out issue is being worked on right now) and helping anyone who has requested their history removed. I know it is aggrivating to feel ignored but I promise it isn't intentional - there are just lots of requests and not enough of us to go around

For real though, maybe you guys need more mods. I can’t imagine it’s quiet the last two days...
