Has anyone used PartyBell.com?
I've found only one 3rd party site with reviews. They were 5 star. But I can't find anything else about them so it makes me worry if they're legitimate reviews.
They sell costumes, decoration, and candy. I'm looking at candy for our candy buffet.
Any insight from previous business is much appreciated!
