Anyone try Perky Pear?

FutureMrs.DAO, on October 18, 2017 at 9:39 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 4

Im wearing a ballgown/a-line dress and just finished alterations. The bust was too big on the dress and my seamstress did make changes to it to fit my body much better. The dress has an open back so i cant wear a bra and i have large breasts (f/g depending on brand). The problem in having is my boobs since downward in the dress and it leaves a gap at the top. I looked on youtube and found Perky Pear which is tape you can use to lift your whole breast - instant breast lift! My wedding is coming up quickly so i went ahead and bought them. Has anyone tried these before? If so how did they work for you?

Did you speak to your Seamstress about having cups put in? She's the first person I would speak to about that issue and how it can be remedied.

Yes she added cups and recommended tape. She didnt want to cut any part of the dress because there is a lot of beading and detail. I asked about experience with perky pear not how to fix my dress

Me! I wore perky pears (the full tape, not the bandeau) for my rehearsal dinner and wedding. I LOVED them. I'm a 34D/DD and my dress was backless and these worked like a charm. They stayed perfectly in place all day and night and gave me the perfect amount of lift. The bust of my dress was a deep V with no padding so I needed them to keep everything in place. I highly recommend them to literally everyone. One word of advice if you wear them - make sure to bring some kind of oil/lotion with you to remove them with. I forgot after the rehearsal dinner and they were bit a difficult to remove so after the wedding I used some coconut oil like the videos recommend and they came right off. Good luck!
