Anyone traveled to Belize?

So I am from there and I wanted to get married there... I honestly couldn’t find an all inclusive resort so I went with Cancún instead... there are a lot of beautiful resorts out there thought. It all depends where you want you stay or if you have a specific location!????

I’ve been to Belize, but it’s not really an “all-inclusive” type of environment. There are certainly some resorts in the jungle, and they have bars and restaurants, and can organize excursions for you, but is all pay-as-you-go. Still, we really enjoyed Belize— split our time between adventuring in the jungle and relaxing on one of the islands. We went to Caye Caulker which was fun, but worth noting, not exactly “beach-y” — on one side most of the shoreline is wall and docks, due to the seaweed. Can still get in the water though (there are some bars with tables in the water, which we enjoyed very much!), but it wasn’t the type of place to “lay out” on a towel or chairs....though i think I recall a hotel with a bit of beach access on the other side of the island (it’s a teeny tiny island!).
But at any rate, Belize is definitely more of a “choose your own adventure” destination than an “all-inclusive resort” type area!

You might want to try looking into Placencia. Didn’t go there but it’s on the Mainland, and I think it’s more of the beach-resort area. So if there’s anywhere to find all inclusives, that may be your best bet
