Anyone shopped Hebeos.com for dresses?

I've never heard of them before, but it's nice that you have time to order another dress so you can see the quality!

That’s where 8/10 of my girls got their dresses. I would order one size up. Their customer service was pretty good. One of the dresses never arrived and they made sure to send another one quickly.


I will warn you about the custom orders, if it arrives and doesn’t fit they won’t accept returns. It’s better to order a size or twolarger than your size and have it tailored.

They were great quality. Only one of my girls didn’t get her dress from there and it’s because she waited too late so I had to order one from Amazon. But it all worked out fine. They take a while to come so order at least 3 months before so you have time for alterations.

I’m definitely curious because they have gorgeous dresses not available elsewhere. But I haven’t read good/reputable reviews other than these.

I think Mia Maples does a review of Hebeos prom dresses on her channel. From what I remember she was pretty pleased with the quality.

I haven't but I second what PP said about being careful with custom measurements. I ordered a dress from Azazie but didn't know if I would like it, so I ordered it in a standard size so I can return it if I hate it. Turned out I loved it, so just got it altered as needed.

I somehow lost access to this forum for a while. I just wanted to let people know that I did get the dress from hebeos for another event. I'm so happy that some of you had good experiences. For me however, it was a dress in the trash. I had it altered to try to look remotely like the picture of what I ordered. It was honestly so Terrible I couldn't wear it. I think maybe stick to more basic dresses from there and you might be ok. If I have the entire bodice redone it might be ok. It looked like I wrapped myself in fabric. I did do the custom measurements due to time and couldn't be returned. I hope this helps if someone else has questions. I think it's luck of the draw as to who actually makes your dress.

They are terrible customer service and I can show you the horrible dresses they sent me!!! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT ORDER!!
