Anyone receive a phone call from (314)481-9886?

Hi fellow brides!

Has anyone received a called from (314)481-9886? I'm from Hawaii and it was strange that I received a call from a company with that area code? The woman, Sherry, said I won a wedding package after entering their contest at a bridal expo I attended in Hawaii. It's most likely a scam but just seeing if anyone else is getting scammed after attending or entering drawings from Bridal Expos?

    The number will change everytime they call (and they will call again). You didn't win anything. They want you to listen to their sales pitch and then you get "free" wedding bands or a "free" honeymoon. Neither are actually free.

    I got a call last week but it was a local # she said I won a honeymoon also when she sent me the link of all the places I could choose from it was all timeshares. I didn't really look into much after that cause mostlikley we would have to sit for some stupid sales pitch

    Thanks ladies! Of course its exciting to hear we won something but at the same time I was a little skeptical when I didn't recognize the area code.

    I am still getting those calls a year after my wedding. They probably got your # from a bridal show or some other site (hopefully not WW!). Just ignore them.

    Just in case you hadn't already checked, 314 is the St Louis, Mo area code. Unfortunately, the scammers are moving into the heartlands.

    I signed up for a bridal expo but never went and I got that same call. Its a pyramid thing. I ignored them.

    Did they say what the wedding package included? I had one call where I should have gone to look at their products (I think it was cookware) and then I would have either gotten three nights for free somewhere (without flights of course) or a free set of wedding bands. I got those same wedding bands for free after a bride here shared a code.
