Anyone order from zazzle?

I've never seen anything quality from Zazzle (or Vistaprint, for that matter, since it is so popular here.) I would encourage people to look at Etsy, WPD, or Minted for quality wedding invitations. It's your wedding. Buy quality stuff.

We got our postcard STDs from Zazzle and they turned out great! I would have considered them for our invitations but they just didn't have any designs that I liked. We got our invites from Ann's Bridal Bargains and they were amazing! And we got a great deal with a coupon code they sent me with my samples request.

I'd contact Zazzle about the incomplete order; I'm sure they'll get it resolved.

I'd contact zazzle. They are pretty good and quick at resolving any issues. I ordered my STDS, invitations and rsvp cards from there with no issues.

I'm currently on hold with them. They are going to fix the issue. I'm not in love with my invitations but I at least want what I paid for.

I think they made a mistake. you should contact them. I got my invitations and RSVPs with exact envelopes. I'm very happy how they turned out.

I got my bridal shower and rehearsal dinner invites from zazzle. They were perfect. They used a good quality paper and ink on both

I had really great experience with Zazzle in the 10+ times I have ordered from them for the wedding. They have excellent customer service. Call them and they will make it right.

She is doing a rush order on them plus I have a coupon code to get my wrappers for my hershey bar favors for free. They do have excellent customer service. I will admit I was extremely upset but very thankful I'm trying to do all of this very early.

Why are you doing a rush order for a January wedding?

@A.L.C I'm not doing a rush order. They messed up my order so to fix it they are sending it out rushed. I'm just trying to get most of the wedding things done before summer time. I'm not home pretty much all summer ( I have the summers off work) and then the holidays will be creeping up on me.

Lol. Vista print is great quality. I don't know why someone would call them not great quality. Especially if they never even used them.

FSIL got the bridal shower invites from Zazzle. She had no problems except with her groupon code and the person she talked to was very kind even though she was so upset when she called.

@ALC exactly. Don't talk about "quality" if you haven't seen them first hand. I'll gladly share my STD to show you just how perfect they are. Nothing cheap about them.

Hannah, I've used Vistaprint for business cards before. I thought they were crappy.

@ALC okay business cards. Not save the dates. Don't critique something you have never used. My STD's were perfect and I know many other people who are satisfied with them

I strongly disagree with @ALC that Zazzle doesn't have good quality. We've ordered from all the major vendors for different events and Zazzle's quality was one of the best, hence why we went with them for the invites.

@OP really glad they worked with you and found a quick solution! They have good customer service. I made a mistake on my invites and they fixed it for free when they didn't have to.

They are not horrible just not what I envisioned. I'm keeping them and they do seem like a good quality to me. I just want what I paid for and they are fixing the problem.

@bee I do agree they are of decent quality. I do recommend their customer service. I told the representative that I didn't need it rushed since I have over 9 months until the wedding but she insisted in order to fix my order.
