Anyone heard of "Zazzle"..?

I've heard of them, and have ordered from them before. It's legit

Google Zazzle bad reviews, and they will pretty much sum up my experience with them. I went through them twice, and the third time I went with something different. I ordered Engagement announcements and STD's, and while they look amazing on the website, the actual product looks CHEAP. And, when you try to talk to customer service, be prepared for at least a 40+ minute wait. Seriously. And don't count on customer service to track down your order that has been 3+ weeks and counting.....they won't know where it is, or how much longer it will take. I initially chose them because I did love their beach designs, but the finished product left much to be desired. The only thing I really would recommend from them are the customized stamps, those we're great. That's as much as I would recommend from them. Good luck if you choose to go with them.

Yes... ordered many things through them

I never personally ordered from them, but MIL purchased her birthday party invites from them, she had no issues and they look cute.

Zazzle has been around for a long time.

Ordered a few things from there for our wedding. Unfortunately the majority of our programs arrived damaged and we had to get a refund because the replacements would not get here in time.

I didn't order invitations from

Zazzle but I did order stamps for my STDs and they came out perfectly. I had no issues ordering through this company.

It's legit I have used them

We ordered our beach STDs from them, no complaints at all. We are simplifying our invitations or else we would have ordered our invitations through them too.

We used them for our STDs, invites, programs, and thank you cards. I loved them and never had an issue. They have awesome sales, so my recommendation is to make things and save them to order until a sale comes. I had great customer service every time there was something I needed to contact them with. I emailed them and got a response in a day or two and they remade the product and shipped it for free rushed. The error was completely my fault in that our thank you card just said Mr and I didn't put Mrs on it, duh me. They fixed it and sent us a whole new set for free. I signed up for zazzle black when we started wedding planning to get free shipping.

I have only had bad experiences with Zazzle. I had to cancel both orders I had, because even though I ordered a month and a half before I needed my items, they never shipped when they were supposed to. And when I tried to find out how much longer it would take, they couldn't tell me, for some reason. Literally told me there was no way for them to know how long it would take. Wtf kind of business is run like that? I ended up ordering from Vistaprint and WPD (Shutterfly now) and got the items I needed very quickly. I will never use Zazzle again.

I love Zazzle. I've used them for so many different invites and things. The quality is great.

I have ordered from zazzle and love it. I had a shirt made a few years ago that I requently wear. It is still in perfect condition.

I have ordered many things from Zazzle- great products!

I used Zazzle for my invites. They came out amazing and fast! The package actually came faster than the estimated delivery date.

We used them and have had no problems. Waited till they had a sale and got 50 invites and 50 reception? cards for $85. They sent the tracking information and I had them right on time.
