Anyone having sleep issues?

I’m 2 and half weeks away from our wedding and I can’t seem to fall asleep! Its driving me nuts. I have tried melatonin but I have the weirdest dreams. I run every other day and workout 5 times a week. The working out helps my nerves but come time to sleep I start thinking of 100 things to add to my list. Any ideas? Anyone going thru this too?

    Try putting a lavender spray in your pillow, my mom does this and it helps her sleep better. Other wise if you enjoy baths, I use Epsom salt with 3-4 drops of lavender oil in the tub before I go to bed. It's so relaxing and it helps your muscles relax too.

    Keep a notepad and pen handy and make an actual list to get it out of your mind.

    When I first started wedding planning I had a hard time sleeping for an entire week. It was so bad that I exhausted my body and got a fever and everything...it was really weird!! Working out helped me tire my body out. But what also helped was taking more baths and putting on a mindless show before I went to bed...something that wasn’t wedding related and something that calmed me. Hope you find something that works for you!

    When you take melatonin and have weird dreams, it means you've taken too much. Cut the pill in half and you should be good!!

    I slept! A whole night! I put a mist lavender in my bedroom, took a warm bath and took half a melatonin and put my phone away to not add anything to my list and I fell asleep with 10 minutes! I slept 9 hours! Thank you ladies! All your ideas were very helpful!
    also, less melatonin gave me no dreams! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
