Anyone have issues with magnet street?

I ordered custom samples from them and the paper came out terrible. Where the card is folded is a white crease. Even the stickers I ordered were cut very poorly. I can’t seem to find a negative review anywhere. I’m waiting for a response from the company.

What makes this weirder, is they sent other samples that are flawless.

That is odd, I used them for my save the dates and they turned out amazing! Maybe reach out and ask if there was an error?

The only experience I've had with them were the Save The Date Magnets that we ordered and the little freebie sample invitations. Everything was in perfect shape. If some of your samples were okay and some were not, I'm sure it was just quality control missing a few. They should definitely re-send new ones. Let us know what they say!

The samples I had issues with were the ones they made for me. The samples that we’re flawless were the ones they send to everyone.. still no word back from them.
