Anyone have experience with Loop Jewelry?

Hello ladies!

My boyfriend and I have been searching for a ring for a while and nothing has really given me ~that feeling until I found Loop Jewelry . They seem perfect! Founded by a queer woman (I think the board is mostly women, as well!) who wanted to create more affordable jewelry for couples, but not skimp on the quality. We have a tight budget and I love that they have a large selection champagne diamonds and also verify that they are ethically mined. Their customer service has been great, too! However, I can't find any reviews that aren't listed on their site and I just want to verify that they're as great as they seem. I've searched on Reddit and haven't found anything. I'm starting to feel really frustrated!

Has anyone gotten a ring from Loop or knows someone who has? Any reviews from you all?

    I have and no reviews! It's a pretty generic name for a company, too, so there seems to be several other Loop Jewelry brands. Though, no reviews for the one I'm looking for. Smiley sad I think I'm just feeling very anxious about him buying the ring online sight unseen. Would it be too strange if I messaged someone on Instagram who tagged Loop in their engagement/wedding photos to see how it's holding up? Thank you for replying! Smiley smile I"m just ready to get a ring and start planning!!

    If you are unable to find any other reviews online, then I definitely think that it’s a good idea to reach out to previous customers on Instagram. I’m sure people won’t mind you contacting them if you have genuine questions about their experience with the company.

    Have you also checked out the websites returns and warranty policies? You want to be sure that if something isn’t right with it, that you’ll be able to return it!

    Hi! So their policies are part of why I'm so intrigued! A life warranty is included in the price and they'll actually clean your ring once a year for free and pay for shipping both ways! They also have 100 day no questions asked returns. I got three people to message me back on Instagram and they had SO many great things to say about the ring and their customer service, so I'm feeling so much better about ordering from them. The ring has been officially ordered, so I'll post a picture and review when I get it. Smiley smile

    Hi Jordan! I’ve been looking at rings and came across Loop Jewelry too and really love it. My fiancé and I are on a tight budget like you were so I’m weary of ordering a ring online as well. Did you get yours? If so what are your thoughts on it?

    hi Caylen! Yes, we did!! Here is my ring! I couldn’t be happier with it! .6 champagne diamond in the gold magic hour setting. It cost just over a thousand. Super affordable and you get the specs on your diamond so you can add it to insurance! I would 100x over recommend Loop! Their customer service team goes above and beyond and they’ll clean your ring for you for free once a year! They have a few new services now like afterpay and you can do a home try-on!!! I’d highly suggest doing that. Please let me know if you have any other questions. I’m totally their biggest fan haha. Smiley smile
