Anyone Else's Cycle Get Messed Up Due To Wedding Stress?

Just curious. Period came right on time but extremely light. I am pretty stressed as it is. I did take a test that was negative plus we do use double protection. Just need reassuring

In my 40s n having the opposite issue. My normal period schedule of once every 3-4 months has turned into 2 months n a row n if it becomes 3...yep, would start on the honeymoon! grrrr

Mine was totally messed up the 2 months leading up to the wedding. I'd have spotting and think it was my period. Then it would stop, then start again. I wasn't pregnant, nor am I now but it was super stressful and I felt so gross when it was happening. But now that it's over and my routine is all back to normal, so is my cycle.
