We already had a cruise booked for November 2020 so we are just going to go ahead and use that as our delayed honeymoon rather than taking two vacations within 6 months. We are going to upgrade to a suite and book the honeymoon package to make it more of a special occasion. We are discussing taking a mini-moon for the days following the wedding to the mountains or something. Is anyone else doing this as well?

Yep! FH is a teacher so he can’t go on vacation until the summer and we’re getting married in April. We have a cruise booked for July and I’m thinking of surprising FH with a mini moon for Memorial Day weekend

We’re planning a mini-moon too!
We’ll be getting married the weekend before Thanksgiving, so after we’re thinking of getting a cabin AirBnB with our dog to go hiking for a week, the week of Thanksgiving.

We are planning on waiting at least 2 months before we take our honeymoon. It'll just make it easier on us budget wise and give us a little bit more time to save. I really would love to take a mini-moon. Nothing crazy just something to say hey...we're married. Let's celebrate it just the two of us. FH is on board with a mini-moon also. We just haven't decided what we want to do/where we want to go yet.

We will be taking our honeymoon two weeks after the wedding but FH has brought up taking a mini-moon that weekend but it all depends on our budget within the next month.

Getting married in July and we have a cruise booked in November(Thanksgiving week) also. A mini-moon is a great idea! It’ll be hard to make that cruise a honeymoon with kids around.
