Anyone else making vision boards?

Beautiful pictures! I hope flowers are a part of your venue! Brining in that many would be $$$ (but absolutely gorgeous). Love your inspo boards!

Oooh, love the photos you're collecting! How would you describe that style???

I created a vision board for our DW reception, and it really helped us bring our vision to life (I collected images of our reception venue--the wine cave--then added the pieces we either bought or rented to see how it might look as we were planning):

Wow! Your inspo board is great! I love the colors and I love your vibe My coordinator asked me to do a Pinterest to give her a vision and because COVID makes you loopy I went ahead and did a board which honestly gave me a better understand of what exactly I needed to buy and where to put it.

I LOVE those wildflower bouquets!!!!

I’ve made an inspiration board, but some things have already changed a bit. I’ve decided not to do an actual wedding cake but have a friend make pound cakes. And that was the exact dress I was looking at but not the one that I went with.

View Quoted Comment I'm crafty and good with flowers so while the bouquets will be real, the rest will be faux flowers that I'm DIYing. I just bought faux wildflowers at Dollar Tree (which has very nice faux flowers, especially for the price compared to Michaels and Hobby Lobby). For each centerpiece I'll only be spending about $25 each with florals. Also I'll be adding real greenery. Costco has greenery garland for $100/25 ft.

Wildflower fairytale seems fitting!

We’re doing a night sky/celestial theme mixed with a naturalist feel so it’s like being outdoors under the night sky! A little bit of vintage and bada-bing!

Vision boards are everything!!! I feel like they keep your thoughts focused and allow you to really picture the big day. i had several different boards on pinterest and printed some of my favorites out to keep in a binder. It definitely helped me stay sane throughout the entire planning process. It also allows you to see all your elements together to give you a better idea of how everything will look together.
